User Guide
This is the user guide for Ez Sign. If you have any questions or difficulties with shopping, or if you are unsure about anything, please refer to this page.
Ez Sign products can be purchased directly from the "Products" page. For inquiries about Santek Ez Sign products, please contact us through the "Contact Now for Shopping" button or the "Inquiry & Estimate" page.
Order Process

Selecting Products:

On the product page, select the "Quantity" and click the "Add to Cart" button.

Cart Review:

After confirming the products in your cart, click the "Checkout" button.

Enter Delivery Information:

On the delivery address screen, enter the shipping address and click the "Next" button.

Select Shipping Method:

Choose the preferred shipping method and click the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Payment:
-
Choose a payment method and enter the payment information. After confirming the order details, click the "Pay" button.

Set Delivery Date and Time:

Choose the delivery date and time.
-
For the earliest delivery, leave the fields blank.

You can also select a preferred time slot.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is complete, a "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address for verification.

After shipping the product, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation Email." Please verify the order and shipping details.

If you do not receive the email, please contact us through the "Inquiry & Estimate" page.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Companies: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, etc. (Please note that the choice of carrier cannot be specified.)

Shipping Areas: Shipping is available only within Japan. For international shipments, please contact us in advance via the "Inquiry & Estimate" page.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which vary depending on the products and quantities ordered. Please check the product purchase page for details.

Shipping Timeline: If no date is specified, products will be shipped by the second business day after order confirmation.

Please note: Shipments are not processed on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, or during the New Year's period. Due to holidays or long weekends, shipping schedules may vary.

If shipping is delayed due to incomplete address information or changes to your order, delivery may be affected.

Delivery Time Slots
On the shopping cart page, under "Delivery Time Selection," choose your preferred delivery time slot:

Morning

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by delivery areas, traffic conditions, or weather, and your desired time slot may not always be available.
Important Notices

Long-term Absence or Refusal of Delivery:

If you are unavailable for delivery, a "Notice of Non-Delivery" will be left. Please contact the carrier using the information provided on the notice to request a re-delivery.

The package will be held for one week after the initial delivery attempt. If the package is not picked up within that time, it will be returned to us, and your order will be canceled.

If the recipient cannot be contacted or the address is incorrect, this will also result in the return of the package and a cancellation of your order. You will be billed for the round-trip shipping fees.

Once a package is returned, we cannot re-ship it, so please be sure to contact the carrier promptly.

If refusal to receive or long-term absence occurs frequently, we may refuse future transactions.
Please note: If you no longer wish to receive the ordered product, please accept the delivery first and then proceed with a return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges:

Only products purchased from Ez Sign are eligible for returns or exchanges. While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and packaging, please check the contents as soon as they arrive.

If you receive a wrong product, or if it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product via the "Inquiry" page or at santek@ezsign.shop. After confirming your inquiry, we will contact you for the next steps.

Receipt Issuance:

If you need a receipt for your purchase from Ez Sign, we can issue a PDF receipt. Please contact us through the "Inquiry & Estimate" page or at santek@ezsign.shop.

For handwritten receipts or those that need to be mailed, we will ship them via cash on delivery.
